These Terms govern all services provided by IC Translating, 203 W Church St, Newcomerstown, OH 43832, USA. By placing an order or engaging our services, you accept these Terms in full.
IC Translating provides translation, localization, transcreation, subtitling, and quality review services. All deliverables are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped or stored.
An order is confirmed when Stripe processes payment successfully. By completing checkout you confirm that you are 18 or older, that your billing information is accurate, and that you accept these Terms and the Refund Policy.
Each project is delivered according to the scope confirmed at order. Changes to word count, language pairs, or file types after payment may require a change order and additional payment. We will notify you before incurring additional costs.
You agree to provide all source files, glossaries, style guides, and reference materials within 2 business days of the project brief request. Delays in providing source materials extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
We provide revisions within the scope of the original brief. Requests that change the meaning, purpose, or target audience of the translation are considered new scope. Unused revision rounds expire 60 days after delivery.
We treat all submitted documents as confidential. All translators sign NDAs. We do not publish, share, or use client content beyond the purpose of the translation project without written permission.
Upon full payment, all rights to the translated content transfer to you. We retain the right to list the project type (but not the content) in our portfolio. You retain all rights to your source content throughout.
Our maximum liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue, business disruption, or third-party claims arising from the translation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
