We have specialist translators in legal, medical and pharmaceutical, technical software, and marketing. We do not send legal content to generalist translators. Every project is matched to someone who works in that domain professionally.
We offer machine translation post-editing (MTPE) as a specific service for clients who request it and where it is appropriate -- typically high-volume technical content with clear terminology. We never use machine translation without disclosing it and getting explicit approval. Standard projects use human translation throughout.
Standard delivery is 4 to 5 business days for projects up to 5,000 words. Larger projects are scheduled at kickoff. We offer a 48-hour express option for most projects under 3,000 words. All turnaround times are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Our packages are fixed-price based on word count range and service level. For very large or recurring projects, we work on a per-word rate agreed upfront. There are no hidden fees -- the price you get in the quote is the price you pay.
Yes. We provide certified and sworn translations for legal, immigration, and official documents. Our certified translations include a signed declaration of accuracy and, for German documents, can be notarized if required.
We accept Word (.docx), PDF, InDesign (.indd), PowerPoint, Excel, HTML, XML, XLIFF, JSON, and most other formats. We deliver in the same format unless you request otherwise. We can handle DTP formatting as an add-on service.
All translators sign a non-disclosure agreement before working on any client documents. We do not store your documents after delivery unless you specifically request it. For particularly sensitive materials, we can arrange encrypted transfer.
Yes. When you have ongoing translation needs, we assign a consistent translator or small team to your account. This maintains terminology consistency and speeds up the process significantly over time.
