How We Work

Four steps. The same standard every time.

We use the same structured process for every project. The scope and price are confirmed before work starts. The delivery date is committed, not estimated.

01

Brief & Quote

Send us your source document or a project description. We provide a fixed quote within 4 hours -- no hourly billing, no surprises. We confirm scope, language pair, domain, and delivery date.

02

Translation

A specialist translator works in your domain. Legal texts go to legal translators. Medical content goes to medical translators. We do not use generalist translation for specialist content.

03

Review & QA

Every translation goes through a review pass -- either a second human reviewer or a structured self-review depending on the package. Terminology, consistency, and target-language fluency are checked.

04

Delivery

You receive your translation in the agreed format: Word, PDF, InDesign, XLIFF, or any format you need. We confirm delivery and remain available for queries for 14 days after.

What We Need from You

Client responsibilities

Source files in advance

We need your source documents before work begins. Sending files mid-project delays delivery and may require a rescoped quote. Word counts affect pricing, so the final file is the billable file.

Feedback within agreed windows

For projects with review rounds, we ask for feedback within 3 business days of each delivery. Delays push the timeline and affect your delivery date.

One point of contact

Consolidate feedback before sending it. Multiple simultaneous review threads create contradictory instructions and slow the project down. One reviewer or one consolidated document is the standard.
